Locke Lord

When Lord, Bissell, & Brook, and Locke, Liddell & Sapp merged, they launched a nationwide search for a branding partner who understood management’s vision for the new firm. The firm’s Executive Committee unanimously chose Grady Campbell, an agency that clearly understood the complexity and sensitivity of a merger of this magnitude, and fully capable of producing a stellar branding campaign in time for the fast approaching roll-out of the new brand. We worked closely with the firm’s leadership and delivered a new brand identity, website, advertising campaign, signage program, and marketing collateral – all on time and on budget.

Knowing that the new firm had plans for expansion, We created the brand with flexibility – one that could evolve with the firm over time. In 2011, the firm decided to expand its global footprint and open offices in London and Hong Kong. That same year, the firm chose to follow a national trend among big law firms and shortened its name from Locke Lord Bissell and Liddell to Locke Lord, once again turning to Grady Campbell to make that brand transformation and to introduce it to the public.
